We established Property Potential in 2013 having made the move to the area with our own families. We recognised that there was a need for a bespoke service to help navigate the challenges of moving to a new area with little or no knowledge of the Surrey property market, the best schools, or the location that will best meet your needs.
We live and breathe the local area and our outstanding contacts give us access to properties marketed privately or discretely. Being located in the heart of our search area, we are uniquely positioned to provide invaluable insights into the local housing market and can view properties almost immediately, ensuring that our clients are first through the door.

Jen moved to the Surrey countryside with her family in 2011, having fallen in love with the area when visiting her husband’s family in the Surrey Hills.
Jen enjoys guiding others through the challenges of buying or renting a property in the area, where competition for the best properties is stiff. Her wealth of local knowledge and contacts means that she’s established great relationships with the agents in her patch and a wide professional and personal network so that whatever their needs, she can refer her clients to the best contacts, safe in the knowledge that they come highly recommended.
When not working, Jen can be found out and about in the countryside either running, dog walking with friends or playing tennis.

Maranda has lived in Surrey since 2008, when she bought a run-down property in the heart of one of the area’s most sought after villages demolished it, and built her dream family home.
Her passion is properties with potential, and she loves nothing more than sitting down with a floorplan and playing around with new layouts or visualising how a kitchen extension, a new porch or a different style of windows can transform even the most unprepossessing property into something truly special.
Maranda loves the challenge of finding the hidden gem, off-market properties for her clients and goes above and beyond in her quest to track these down. With an extensive network of professional and personal contacts across Surrey, Hampshire and West Sussex, Maranda can ensure her clients are always first through the door.
In her spare time, Maranda can be found walking in the glorious local countryside, travelling or cooking for friends and family.
